Privacy Policy

When you use DoubleLead, we may collect the following information about you and your contacts:

• Identity & contact data: name, email address, phone number, and company name.
• Conversation content: messages sent and received through connected channels (Telegram) that you route through DoubleLead.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, and session information.
• Account credentials: authentication tokens and workspace configuration you provide when connecting third-party services.

We use collected data solely to provide and improve DoubleLead's services:

• CRM workflows: storing and organising your leads, contacts, and communication history within your workspace.
• AI summarisation: conversation content is sent to Groq's inference API to generate lead summaries, follow-up suggestions, and pipeline insights. Groq does not retain or train on this data.
• Follow-up automation: sending messages on your behalf through channels you have connected and authorised.
• Service communications: transactional emails (e.g. alerts, notifications) sent via Resend.

We do not sell your data or your contacts' data to third parties.

DoubleLead integrates with the following third-party providers. Each is governed by its own privacy policy.

• Groq — AI inference for conversation summaries and lead analysis (groq.com/privacy-policy).
• Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com/privacy).
• Telegram — Telegram Bot API for message routing (telegram.org/privacy).
• Google — Google Calendar sync and Google OAuth sign-in (policies.google.com/privacy).
• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure, hosted in Singapore by default.

Your workspace data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, or if your subscription lapses and is not renewed within 90 days, your workspace data will be scheduled for deletion.

Workspace owners may also request deletion at any time by emailing hello@doublelead.io. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@doublelead.io.
