DoubleLead (“we”, “us”, “the platform”) is a CRM workflow platform designed for solo operators and small teams. It provides tools for managing leads, automating follow-ups, and connecting communication channels including Telegram.

By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use DoubleLead.

You agree to use DoubleLead only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable regulations. You must not:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) through any connected channel.
• Collect or process personal data of third parties without a lawful basis.
• Use DoubleLead to harass, deceive, or defraud any person.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content that could harm the platform or its users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these conditions, without notice.

The workspace owner is the primary account holder and is responsible for all activity that occurs within their workspace, including actions taken by team members they invite.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@doublelead.io if you believe your account has been compromised.

DoubleLead allows you to connect external messaging platforms including Telegram. By using these integrations, you agree to comply with the applicable terms of service of each platform:

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of connected channels complies with each provider's policies, including rules around messaging frequency, opt-ins, and prohibited content. DoubleLead is not liable for any actions taken by these platforms against your account.

DoubleLead is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoubleLead's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify workspace owners by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of DoubleLead after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
